Pulsio — Turn Meetings Into Actions

Pulsio does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All processing happens entirely on your device.

Data Collection

Pulsio does not collect any personal information. No account creation is required to use the app.

The following data is created and stored locally on your iPhone only:

Audio recordings of your meetings
Transcripts generated by Apple’s on-device Speech framework
Action items detected by Apple’s on-device NaturalLanguage framework
Reminders and calendar events created through Apple’s EventKit at your request

In-App Purchases

Pulsio offers a one-time Pro upgrade through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Payments are handled entirely by Apple. Pulsio does not have access to users’ payment information.

Permissions

Pulsio requests the following permissions, each required for core functionality:

Microphone — To record meeting audio
Speech Recognition — To transcribe audio on-device
Reminders — To create Apple Reminders from detected action items
Calendars — To optionally create calendar events for action items with due dates

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time in Settings.

Tracking

Pulsio does not track users. There are no analytics, advertising identifiers, or third-party SDKs.

No user data is shared with third parties. No network requests are made except for In-App Purchase validation through Apple.

Children’s Privacy

Pulsio does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app does not collect information from any user.

Changes

If this privacy policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
